My throat is killing me so I figured I would listen to Boyz II Men and wouldn't want to sing along. But alas, I was wrong. And I haven't updated in forever.
It is turkey week. Which means I get to:
*eat three thanksgiving dinners
*go to the parade with snappy
*watch drumline
*get a christmas tree
*miss my grandma
*dress up for school tomorrow
*tell people I love them
*be thankful
*see my brother (eek)
*talk about my dad with the fam

*laugh
*tell my friends how much they mean to me

and no matter how sick I get or feel I will not miss any of this. nope. no way. I want this week. I need this week.

And December 11th marks my final Christmas recital. nerves abound. if you love me please come watch.

So Senior Homecoming.
I must say, all in all, I had quite a blast.
People were beautiful, amazing, funny, HOT, happy, and generally drama free. Which is always fun.
Plus the DJ hooked us up with some classic Will Smith, Dexy's Midnight Runner and John Travolta.
Being there, seeing everyone, it made me realize how much I love some of my friends and helped me want/start to remake friendships that had been lost. I hope everyone knows how amazing they are and I have pictures to show!!

I feel 
Just earlier my brother was on the phone...with a girl
and I asked him about it and he got all happy and shy and
nervous. And for some reason it made me want to cry.
Because even though we had that huge awful mess in June, he's still
been here...and been here for me.
I hate how things can be
bittersweet. I'm so happy for him and so sad at the same
time.I'm so happy for Laura yet I can't even describe how awful
it makes me feel. I love hanging out with my friends and growing
up yet sometimes I feel like I'm growing apart and I don't fit in.
At least I have people who love
me. And I love them. And that's what matters.The
people who know and care. I love all of them.For all there
idiosyncrasies and faults and wonderful things.

Memorial weekend was muy divertido.
Before it even started I went to the boys game which was fun all in all AND Angela went in the car with us up there and I got to talk to her about alot of stuff and you know what, I love her so much and I miss her and I want to talk to her more about life and stuff. so yay!
On Friday, after shopping with my mizom who is a hoot, I got to hang out with the Melster! She is awesome. Seriously, I love her to pieces and death, I cannot believe how fun it was to just chill and talk and hang (AND WATCH VERONICA MARS!!)!! So very excited for the next time we do that!
Saturday I can't really remember. And then I worked. and saw James and JOY!!! And I love her so much. (she looked amazingly gorgeous by the way!)
Sunday Val and I were bored and we didn't actually want to shop (even though we wanted to) (were complicated) so instead Val had this genius idea to GO TO THE ZOO!!!!!!!!!!! So we did. And let me tell you: good times were had by all. that place kicks ass. Then we went to the fair. And I saw Colin!!!!!! (does said Colin have an LJ? I wonder) and Val and Erin and I went around and rode rides for a couple of hours. It was way fun!!!!!! (And I saw Joy again!! Crazy, I know but i love her!)
They were both Gravitron virgins so I took them for the first time = hilarious night.
Then on Monday my parents left :( and I went to the 89x birthday bash :) It was AWESOME!!! There are no words. and I went with the coolest bitches ever which was WAY WAY fun!
Today the girls softball team lost and I wanted to cry. I love all of them. And those of you out there with brownies...you guys mean the world to me so don't let this make you sad.
Lex and I are having a one tree hill party soon!!!!
Jaimie is amazing and beautiful and I love her and absolutely love to see her happy.
Madagascar on Friday if you're interested.

Well, it's Thursday. And after a week full of make-up work, tests, movies and field trips all I can say is "Phew" I am totally pooped. Who knew that a week with so little to do could become so amazingly tiring and busy!
But it doesn't matter because now it's time for the LONG weekend. AND I have plans! here goes:
Today: BASEBALL GAME!! and possibly the park a la noche.
Friday: I'm breaking the fast with Jessica! Then watching VM with Mel!! Possibly getting my hair cut (it's been five months!). and then shopping com mi madre for her trip to France!
Saturday: RESEARCH PAPER!!
Sunday: church (I'll assume) then shopping with the Valster for the birthday bash and going to Saint Mary's with my girls!
Monday: Say goodbye to my parents and off to el concierto with Annie bo bannie and Valpal. (that's right, we are superheroes.)
Anyway thanks to all my friends for welcoming me back!!!!! I had uber amounts of fun with you guys this week and cannot wait for SUMMER!!

Woohoo. So prom. word up. very nice. the green beans were delicious as were all of my amazing dates (and their dates) ;) I liked being in blue (thanks for the advice!). As they say: fun was had by all. And p.s. my friends kick ass. I love how we dance so loudly and sing so loudly and have generally huge amounts of fun. And THEN we cook breakfast. So beat that.

winter just wasn't my season
Today was a weird day. I'm tired. And Prom is coming up and haunting me in the middle of the day...cause maybe no one wants me. But's it's okay, I'm listening to the song and it says: Breathe. Just breathe.

Today there is free ice cream at Ben & Jerry's so everyone should go get some. Because who can deny free ice cream? Seriously.
If I'm supposed to call you or talk to you today maybe I'll wait till tomorrow. I'm tired. Slightly sick. Saddened by the new pope. And my mom and I are going to watch tv and eat ice cream all night. She told me so. So the cell phone is staying off all day. Maybe I need some time to just breathe.
